If you select our Premium plan, we do not charge membership fees until your first shipped package or use our Buy for me service. The Premium membership is  INR 700.00 a month ( if you are paying month-to-month ) or just INR 6000.00 annually ( if you would like to pay in one shot and save the hard earned money ).You can cancel anytime and we have a " no question asked" policy.Pinky swear!!

Immediately !. Once you signup, you are given an INDIAN or USA address ( depending on the type of plan you will choose ) and a phone number too! preety good, isn'td?. You can use this address when checking out at any online retailer and send your first package our way.

You will be given a unique suite number that will be the identification mark of all yours items according to which we will recognise them and inform you.

Our free Standard membership ( Only 1 Plan ) gives you a default address for our Gurgaon , Haryana ( INDIA) and Henderson , NV ( USA) warehouse which offers 90 days storage duration but with NO consolidation of the packages.

If you choose our Premium plan ( My Mailbox Plan ), you will be given a default address for our Gurgaon , Haryana ( INDIA)  and Henderson , NV ( USA) warehouse and you can receive as many as items ( including all mails , letters & Packages ) without any restrictions and also avail awesome discount on shipping rates by using our consolidation service with 180 days storage time.

Your address is a suite in our warehouse. It is not a P.O. Box. This address is an actual location in our warehouse dedicated to you and your packages. Many retailers do not ship to P.O. Boxes, which is why your address is NOT a P.O. Box.

Yes, you are responsible for paying all customs clearance, duties or taxes. These can be paid in one of two ways:

• Pay directly: Contact the package courier directly to pay.
• Pay COD: If you would like to pay upon delivery, contact Indianmailbox 2-3 days before your package arrives and provide us with the courier's name, amount due and the tracking number. Lastly, please deposit sufficient funds into your account to complete the COD payment.

If you have not paid duties and taxes in advance or you don't have enough funds in your account to cover charges, packages are subject to refusal and may be returned to sender.
